Our partnership began naturally. While Molly worked at an architecture firm, she frequently scheduled Rich for photoshoots, often joining him on-site to assist with styling and creative direction. This synergy led Rich to invite Molly to collaborate part-time, but their combined efforts quickly grew into a full-time venture.
